Leeds United Away Kit 2011/2012

Today the Leeds United official website revelead the new Away kit for the next season. And its a bit…. well Black? Yep Black pinstripe with luminous Green/Yellow.

Leeds have Signed ex-Portsmouth midfielder Michael Brown on a One Year contract and he has joined the squad in scotland ahead of Leeds first Pre-Season friendly this Wednesday.

The 34 Year old has also played with Manchester City, Sheffield United, Tottenham, Fulham and Wigan before joining the (then) Premier League Portsmouth FC where he made 45 appearances. It is reported the transfer was a Free. So Leeds still havent spent a penny on transfers this summer.

Today the OFFICIAL website of Leeds United (www.leedsunited.com) unveiled the new Leeds United Home Kit. So whats the difference this season? Well I have noticed a few difference’s and I havent even got my hands on one yet!

The COLLAR is back! I do prefer a shirt with a collar, and this year its back!

The Badge is more towards the centre of the left side, as opposed to being near the arm-pit last year.

We have a Blue and Yellow alternating band on each sleeve.

And of course perhaps the biggest noticeable difference is the sponsor, who is Enterprise Insurance. Lets hope they paid  ALOT so we can buy some quality players! (Crosses Fingers!)

Alright, im not going to lie, these last few months, I have not updated the site. Dont worry I havent given up on it, I have just been busy with work. VERY busy. However now I have my own office at work, I do get some spare time, so I intend on doing a few more updates from time to time.

However, I think the site needs a few new writers. So if you your an avid Leeds fan, and know how to read and write, have you thought about writing for the best Leeds Fans site? Heres what we need -

* News writer. You need to write at least one column every week, updating us on injuries, transfers, rumours, league stats etc. Majority of the news you will be writing about will obviously need to be about Leeds United. But you can inject major news around the football world if needed.

* Match reporter. Do you have a season ticket? Fancy giving us YOUR unique view of Leeds’ last match? Well get writing! You will need to write about Leeds United games, but it can 2-3 days after.

* YOUR own choice. You decide what you want to write about. It has to include Leeds United of course. But what context it is in, is your own choice. Please get in touch about this.

McDaZzA (The Leeds United Fans.com Editor) recently took a holiday (vacation) to Rhodes, Greece. And in a typical englishman style, he got pissed and decided to get a tattoo. Whilst most would go for a picture of a girl with big tits or “Mum” and “Dad” written accross various parts of they’re body, McDaZzA went dirty… really DIRTY!

Yes, he has now got the Leeds United Badge tatt’d to his left bicep courtesy of the Wizard Art shop in Faliraki (and 90 Euros!)  I must admit, it looks pretty cool. Updated pics will be uploaded as soon as the dirty scabbing drops off!
